    Appointments are scheduled at a time that works best for you, and we bring all necessary equipment to provide personalized, professional care right where you are.

  • We provide comprehensive on-site hearing services including hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, adjustments, maintenance, and ongoing care. All services are performed in your facility, eliminating the need for resident transportation. We work around your schedule and coordinate seamlessly with your staff.

  • Partnering with us is simple. We'll schedule an initial consultation to understand your community's needs, coordinate with your staff on scheduling and logistics, and create a service plan that works for your residents. We handle all the details—you simply provide the space and let residents know we're coming.

  • We provide mobile hearing services throughout New York, with a focus on Hudson Valley, Westchester County, and NYC. If you're unsure whether we cover your specific location, please contact us—we're always happy to discuss your needs and explore how we can help.

  • Ongoing care is part of our commitment. We schedule regular follow-up visits at your location to ensure hearing aids continue to perform optimally. Adjustments, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance are all included as part of our personalized service—no need for residents to travel anywhere.

  • At this time, SoundSuite Hearing does not accept insurance. We are a private-pay practice, which allows us to focus fully on individualized care and flexible appointment options.
